Privacy Policy
Applies to: Color Book Corner
This family coloring service is designed to minimize personal information, particularly for children. The site does not require a child’s public real name, date of birth, precise location, phone number, school, or social-media contact information.
Information we use
- Adult accounts: username, display name, age, email address, password hash, account settings, coloring submissions, reactions, comments, and family controls.
- Child/teen accounts: username, private display name, selected age, guardian email when required, guardian approval status, parent-controlled permissions, coloring submissions, reactions/comments when enabled, and private family Kid Corner messages.
- Technical server logs may contain IP address, browser/device information, request time, and security/error information depending on the hosting provider.
Public child identity
Child submissions use an automatically generated “Creative Star” alias. The child’s private display name and guardian email are not displayed in the public gallery.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, age-appropriate sections, parental controls, coloring tools, moderation, downloads, safety reporting, abuse prevention, and account support. This base installation contains no behavioral-advertising or third-party analytics integration.
Sharing
Information may be processed by the site’s hosting/email providers as necessary to operate the service and may be disclosed when required by law or to address serious safety concerns. The site is not designed to sell personal data to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Kid Corner message retention is configurable by the administrator and defaults to seven days. Account and data deletion can be requested at https://colorcorner.arenacity.online/delete-account. Contact: support@hub.arenacity.online.
Parents and guardians
Parents can create linked child profiles and control whether each child can view the gallery, react, comment, submit coloring pages, download pages, or use family chat.
Site owners should review this starter policy with qualified counsel and update it for their hosting, email, app SDKs, analytics, ads, payment services, and jurisdiction before launch.
